Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Order Number.  At the top of the page click the Request a replacement or refund link.  Select your reason, and we'll notify you via e-mail of the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Personalized Products


If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund less shipping & handling. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
 
We want your order to be just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at support@funsational.com or call us at 1-888-722-0306 if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.
 

Damaged, Defective or Missing Product

 

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
 
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may be required to be returned to Funsational, Inc. for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
 
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Funsational, Inc. within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support department via phone or email to initiate a claim.
 

Changes and/or Canceling of Orders

 

You may add additional quantities to your order or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Additional printing charges, cancellation or restocking fees may apply. Please contact customer support for specific inquiries.
 

Return Authorization 


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Request a Replacement Or Refund" link. To find the link click on the My Account menu and then orders.  Click the order number that you would like to return items on, then click the Request a Replacement Or Refund link at the top of the page.  We'll notify you via e-mail of the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 
We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization, and the return must be returned in new condition and its original packaging.
 
  • Once the return product is received by our RMA Dept., we will refund your payment less shipping and printing charges (shipping and extra printing charges are non-refundable). If you received free shipping on your purchase, the cost of shipping incurred by Funsational, Inc. will be deducted from your refund.
  • Products must be sent back in their original form and packaging (i.e. original plastic wrap/seal must not be opened). We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Please note that some products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include: any personalized game.
 
 
You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
